I wanted to apologize for not responding sooner. Here is what I posted today for another lady who asked the same question... Thank you so much for leaving your comment... have a wonderful pregnancy.

Your baby hears everything… Sound is vibration and fluids transmit sound to your baby. So when you speak or play music the baby’s brain is developing around that….

There are a ton of people saying the baby hears and responds to external sounds somewhere between 22 to 27 weeks. At at 27 weeks loud sounds can damage their ears….

All in all I believe that your baby hears from earlier in your pregnancy…

.. remember you are connected to your baby in so may more ways than we can imagine…(mind, body, and spirit)

…. talk to your baby and play the music that you like and feel good with… the more you keep your environment (sights, sounds, behavior, and emotions) around you the same… the more your baby will feel safe and relaxed when outside your womb.
