You may not feel very hungry due to the pressure on your stomach, but keep eating frequent small meals. Also, be sure to keep well hydrated.
How Big is Your Baby?
Your baby is 17 ½ to 21 inches long and weighs about 6 ¾ pounds. Around this stage of pregnancy babies can vary a lot in height and weight. The average newborn is 21 ½ inches long and weighs 7 ½ pounds.
